The dual role of our Spa Attendant/Receptionist is just as important as the role of our therapists. As the Receptionist, you are the face of our business, the first voice our clients will hear, and the finishing touch at the end of every glorious service. As a Spa Attendant, you are the backbone of the company, ensuring the behind-the-scenes is running smoothly and efficiently. We pride ourselves in excellent service and professionalism.

Job duties include:
Ensuring a smooth process and consistent customer service for all clients, including:
- Warmly welcoming clients
- Checking clients in for their appointment
- Providing consent forms, as needed
- Consistent communication with therapists regarding their clients
- Taking charge of a heavy booking schedule each day
- Walking clients to the Tranquility Wing
- Checking clients out efficiently and rebooking their next appointment
Answering a high volume of phone calls that may be regarding:
- Scheduling or rescheduling client appointments
- Clients inquiring about the services we offer
- Outgoing calls
- Daily client confirmation calls for next day appointments
Other duties:
- Gift card sales
- Calling clients to adjust their appointment time or day
- De-escalating client situations when necessary
- Front desk organization
- Restocking and organizing product shelves
- Detailed cleaning of the spa and bathrooms and employee spaces (ex: sweeping, swiffering, windows and doors, and more)
- Laundry, includes washing, drying, and neatly folding
- Attending to clients in the Tranquility Wing
- Opening the spa and preparing the spa for success
- Closing the spa up to standard

Please note that this is solely a Front Desk/Spa Attendant role. In time, there may be opportunities for growth within the business but this is not guaranteed.
