SKINTECH SPA is a premier luxury medical spa serving Fort Worth and Hurst. We are seeking an experienced Medical Spa Manager to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a high-end aesthetic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily med spa operations and ensure profitability
- Lead and manage clinical and front office teams
- Maintain medical compliance (HIPAA, safety standards)
- Monitor KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure a seamless, luxury client experience
Qualifications:
- 3 years management experience in medical spa, healthcare, aesthetics, or related field
- Strong understanding of medical compliance and operations
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and revenue growth
- Professional leadership presence
- Availability for some evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 – $85,000 annually
