Join the SkinSpirit experience! The Client Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions and client care. What You Will DoCandidate is required to work a combination of weekday, weekend and evening shifts, to include opening and closing shifts.Provide excellent client care and customer serviceAnswer and screen high volume of inbound phone callsManage appointments (scheduling, moving and canceling appointments)Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts availableProvide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfactionAccurately complete client transactionsManage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the clients a priorityPerform opening and closing duties of the clinicEfficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filingMaintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management What You Will BringSkills, Knowledge & Expertise High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred1 years of customer or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferredExceptional customer service skillsAbility to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracyMust be a team playerAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionKnowlege of: Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word and the ability to learn new software quicklySocial media experience is a plus Excellent, written, verbal and interpersonal skillsGreat attention to detail and accuracy Consistently demonstrates good judgement, strong character and personality, ethics and high standards of performanceExperience in medical office/understanding of cosmetic procedures/skin care productsExperience with Zenoti or other POS systems preferred by not required Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of: Sitting at desk and working on a computer Repeating of same movementsTalking and hearingOccasional periods of: Standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, handling or feelingReaching with hands and armsClimbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouch or crawlOccasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 30 poundsBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package which includes generous employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts and a beautiful working environment with a stellar team.
