Job Summary

As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Duties
- Pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
- Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the packing process.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed. (Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
