Job Summary
As an Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and support our team in achieving their goals. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of organization and communication. What you’ll do

  • Supervise daily office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure the best services and products for the office.
  • Oversee event planning and execution, coordinating logistics to create memorable experiences.
  • Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain schedule management for team members, optimizing calendars for productivity.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments by managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Implement organizational systems for filing and record-keeping to streamline access to information.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in budgeting practices to help manage office expenses effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with team members and vendors.

Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
