Skinny’s Repair Shop is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to help in our front counter area. This position involves greeting customers, assisting with device check-ins, and supporting our technicians with light repairs and daily shop tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and checking in devices for repair
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phone calls and assisting with general customer questions
- Performing basic repairs and diagnostics (training provided)
- Helping with daily shop organization and upkeep
Ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service
- Is detail-oriented and comfortable with technology
- Can multitask in a busy environment
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with phone or computer repair is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
