Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Public Finance
Skinner Fawcett LLP, an established Boise firm specializing in public finance, real property, and housing law, seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience. Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and conduct specialized research.
- Manage limited court appearances and client advocacy.
- Support an established general counsel practice across a portfolio of housing and finance clients.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Idaho State Bar (required); additional licensing in surrounding states preferred.
- 2–5 years of legal experience, ideally in real estate, litigation, or commercial transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating on complex transactions.
