Qualifications
- Experience in reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ability to verify and validate medical summaries, damages calculations, and policy limits
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving inconsistencies in documentation
- Strong communication skills to maintain professional relationships with insurance representatives
- Proficiency in using case management software, such as Filevine, for updating records
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work with confidence
- Review demand letters and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Verify medical summaries, damages calculations, policy limits, and client information prior to submission
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or missing information with Demand Writers and Case Managers
- Contact insurance adjusters to verify preferred methods of demand submission
- Maintain professional relationships and communication with insurance representatives
- Update and maintain negotiation records in case management software (Filevine) and other internal systems
