What You’ll Be Responsible For
You are the hub of the entire spa.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences from first call to checkout
- Answer phones with patience, clarity, and confidence
- Educate clients on services, pricing, and expectations
- Manage a high-volume schedule with accuracy and urgency
- Troubleshoot issues in real time (schedule changes, client concerns, etc.)
- De-escalate situations professionally when needed
- Communicate clearly with providers and team members
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment

Requirements
- 3 years in customer service (front desk experience preferred)
- Strong computer skills (multi-system navigation required)
- Ability to type and input data while speaking with clients
- Interest in aesthetics / skincare industry
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
- Alternating M-F and T-S work week.
Compensation & Benefits
- $3,500–$4,200/month (based on experience)
- Commission opportunities
