Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our Med Spa. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Practice Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Practice Manager to place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Support and assist the clinics staff with providing guidance
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Assist in merchandising products and creating eye-catching displays
- Assist with conducting regular performance evaluations for team members
-Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clinic management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
