Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Injector role based in Frisco, TX. The Aesthetic Injector will perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as support other aesthetic procedures aligned with Skinchic’s focus on natural, harmonious results. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, obtaining informed consent, and documenting all treatments accurately and securely. The role involves educating clients on skin health, post-treatment care, and realistic outcomes, while maintaining a calm, supportive, and professional presence during each visit. The Aesthetic Injector will collaborate closely with the medspa team to ensure excellent client experiences, uphold safety and infection-control standards, manage treatment rooms and supplies, and contribute to ongoing refinement of protocols and services.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, or other qualified medical professional in the state of Texas, with appropriate certification to perform aesthetic injectables.
- Proficient injectable skills, including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
- Experience creating individualized treatment plans that prioritize natural-looking, harmonious results and support long-term skin health.
- Strong client communication and consultation skills, including the ability to set realistic expectations, explain procedures clearly, and provide compassionate care.
- Commitment to strict safety, hygiene, and infection-control practices, including accurate charting, consent procedures, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, high-touch team environment and contribute to a tranquil, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Interest or experience in holistic or wellness-oriented aesthetics, with appreciation for mindful, minimalist, and wabi-sabi inspired approaches to beauty.
- Previous medspa or dermatology/plastic surgery experience is preferred;
