Salary range $24/hour to $26/hour, based on prior clinical or relevant experience

SkinCare Physicians is proud to offer a highly selective, paid Pre-Doctoral Program – Medical Assistant for exceptional post-graduate students preparing for careers in medicine. This two year program is designed to go beyond the traditional gap year, offering immersive, hands-on clinical experience within one of the most respected dermatology practices in the country.
The program is named in honor of SkinCare Physicians co-founder Kenneth A. Arndt, MD, a pioneer in dermatology whose dedication to education and mentorship helped shape the next generation of physicians.
Participants are hired and trained as medical assistants, taking on meaningful clinical responsibilities within a structured pre-doctoral experience. As integral members of the clinical team, they work side by side with nationally recognized physicians, experienced nurses, and a highly skilled support staff. This is an opportunity for motivated individuals to gain real patient care experience, develop strong clinical instincts, and contribute to academic work, including research and publication.

- Supporting providers in all aspects of patient care in a busy outpatient setting
