Part-time position, 20 hours per week/two (2) days per week
Salary range $25 – $42/hour, commensurate with experience and certification
We are currently seeking a positive, knowledgeable, and team-oriented Laser Hair Removal Specialist for a part-time laser hair removal position. An excellent opportunity for those interested in aesthetics and dermatology within a collaborative, fast paced practice.
Laser Hair Removal Specialist Qualifications
- Licensed RN, LPN, or Licensed Electrologist in the state of Massachusetts with applicable laser electrolysis certification and prior hands-on experience performing laser hair removal
- CPR Certified
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or laser setting, including experience performing laser hair removal treatments required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a passion for inclusive, compassionate care
- Ability to stand and/or move around throughout the majority of shift

Laser Hair Removal Specialist Job Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols and scope of practice
- Educate patients on treatment plans including pre and post treatment care instructions
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures and treatments
- Ensure patient EMR is complete, including patient history, consent and visit note
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies
- Maintain efficient patient flow
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain proficiency in laser procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and clinical team to support patient care and workflow
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory agency standards (e.g., OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, etc.)
