Job Description
SkinCandy Naturals is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Production Associate to help manufacture premium handcrafted skincare products. This role is responsible for producing high-quality body butters, body oils, sugar scrubs, and future skincare products while maintaining strict quality, sanitation, and production standards.
Responsibilities- Manufacture skincare products according to standardized formulas and batch records.
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients accurately.
- Fill, label, and package finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized production environment.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the production process.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety procedures.
- Assist with developing and testing new skincare products as the company expands.
- Experience in cosmetic, skincare, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formulas.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a growing team.
- Passion for natural skincare and quality craftsmanship.
- Experience with GMP standards or cosmetic manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality products.
- Experience making body butters, lotions, oils, scrubs, soaps, or other personal care products.
- Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation techniques.
- Familiarity with production batching, packaging, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience operating mixers, filling equipment, or production machinery is a plus.
