What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Attendant position at SKIN?
Currently hiring spa attendees/body work professional.
MUST be able to work at least 3x weekly
MUST have reliable transportation
MUST be at least 21 yrs of age
MUST be willing to learn, open minded and reliable
Job duties:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Assist with product demos and promote spa treatments, retail items, and wellness products to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, retail shelves, and common areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Stock merchandise, perform merchandising tasks, and ensure retail displays are appealing and well-maintained
- Support inventory management by stocking supplies, conducting stock checks, and assisting with product replenishment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or booking appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times
