Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage appointment bookings using POS (Point of Sale) systems and coordinate schedules efficiently
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing information and scheduling assistance
- Process payments accurately through cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Promote spa services, skincare products, and special offers through upselling and product demos
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, merchandising retail products effectively
- Stock supplies regularly, ensuring all promotional materials and retail items are available and well-presented
- Assist with basic retail math to ensure accurate cash register operations and inventory management
- Support team members with supervising experience when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in a healthcare or beauty setting such as a grocery store or retail environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math skills
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and client interaction
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
