Skin Theory Dermatology & Wellness is a new comprehensive dermatology and wellness practice opening in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in Spring 2027.
Our vision is to create a modern approach to skin health that combines exceptional medical care, advanced technology, and an elevated patient experience. Skin Theory will provide comprehensive adult and pediatric dermatology, surgical dermatology, skin cancer prevention and treatment, aesthetic dermatology, and wellness services.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Dermatologist to join Skin Theory as a Founding Physician and help shape the practice from the ground up.
This is more than an opportunity to join a new clinic. As a founding physician, you will have the opportunity to help influence our clinical culture, patient experience, care model, and future growth as we establish our first location in Albuquerque.
We are looking for a physician who is passionate about delivering outstanding dermatologic care and who wants to be part of building a collaborative, patient-centered organization from its beginning.

• Comprehensive medical dermatology
• Adult and pediatric dermatology
• Skin cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment
• Dermatologic procedures and surgical dermatology
• Opportunity to participate in aesthetic dermatology based on interest and experience
• Collaboration with advanced practice providers and the broader clinical team
What We’re Looking For
• MD or DO with completion of an accredited dermatology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
• Commitment to exceptional, evidence-based patient care
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
• Interest in helping build the culture and clinical standards of a growing dermatology organization
