This is our flagship project with our first location in Richmond, Texas.
Your Role
We are seeking a front desk associate to join our new family. The Front Desk Associate's responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling incoming calls, and providing support for various administrative duties.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the "face" of our clinic. We are looking for someone who balances professional warmth with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone fun and motivated - someone who may be interested in becoming an aesthetician, stepping into a leadership role, or exploring the creative side of marketing.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients by name, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure a seamless, high-end experience from start to finish.
- Manage a booking calendar using our clinic management software.
- Educate clients on our service menu and medical-grade skincare lines to drive retail sales, follow-up appointments, and memberships.
- Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries via text/email, and maintain a pristine front-of-house appearance.
- Manage client forms and process payments accurately.
- Assist with daily social media content or local marketing events.
Qualifications
Required:
- Warm and approachable
- Reliable
- Oral communication skills
- Written communication skills
- Computer skills
Preferred:
- Sales experience
- Social media experience
- Familiar with Boulevard EMR
- 1 years in a high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or medical spa environment
- Spanish-speaking a plus
