We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part Time Experienced Medical Assistant, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics or in wellness. This role involves providing high-quality, personalized services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and help them achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals.

Skin Suite Rx Medical Spa is locally-owned, under new ownership and management that provides a unique experience to the Inland Empire community. Established since 2005, we are a world-class Aesthetic Medical Spa providing patients with a variety of services including injectables (Neurotoxins and Fillers), Coolsculpting, Laser Treatments, Facials, PRP Microneedling, Hydra-facial and many more.
We are looking for an individual who loves to go above and beyond and deliver world class patient care in a fun, positive, family atmosphere. We need a compassionate team player to work in a fast paced environment that requires a high level of multi-tasking. Someone that has excellent communication skills, loves to upsell, is detail oriented, embodies a strong work ethic, and goes the extra mile to ensure impeccable customer service and patient care experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front and Back Office Responsibilities
- Drawing and administering medications
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and certifications to provide clients with the latest in aesthetic and body sculpting treatments.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and following up post-treatment for client feedback.
Requirements:
- Ability to discuss packages, series and sales. Explain other services offered
- Able to follow systems like working in a structured environment with checklists, takes directions well
- Strong active listening skills. Excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing, and self-confident
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic, responsible, trustworthy, professional, poised, and sophisticated in order to sell a luxury service
- Likes working as part of a team, easy to work with, cool-headed, and enjoys working in a busy fast-paced environment
- Must be self motivated, use common sense, and ability to multitask
- Understands the business aspect of aesthetic medicine
- Polished and professional appearance reflecting the aesthetic industry
Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet & Check In Clients
- Prepare photos, consents to be filled out
- Answer Phones, Make Appointments
- Keep office clean, tidy and restock supplies
- Make follow up phone calls and have ability to discuss packages, series and sales
- Provide overall support for practitioners and office operations
- Social media specialist who can develop and execute strategies to manage our online presence across various social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Spanish speaking preferred given our clientele

Candidate HOURS: Wednesday, Thursday and 2 Friday/Saturday per month (9-3pm)
