What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and manage daily scheduling in Vagaro
- Convert calls and inquiries into booked appointments
- Present and enroll clients in our VIP Membership program
- Process payments and handle retail product sales
- Keep the front desk running smoothly alongside our clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Prior med spa, dermatology, or upscale service experience preferred
- Confident discussing aesthetic treatments and pricing
- Sales-minded, professional, and reliable
