Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position for an Esthetician at our Miami, FL studio. This can develop into a full-time role. The Esthetician will perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials, exfoliations, and other customized services. Responsibilities include professional skincare consultations, providing excellent customer service, extractions, luxury facial treatments, microneedling, hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and promoting products or treatments to meet individual client needs. The role requires maintaining a clean and professional workspace while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Skin Care services, including facials, exfoliations, and personalized treatment recommendations.
- Licensed in Cosmetology with a strong understanding of beauty and wellness standards.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform Sales tasks effectively, including promoting products and services.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or dermatology setting is a plus.
