Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping Associate
Skin Fitness Therapy is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and physically capable Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on position responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and well-managed warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who is strong, energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment setting.
The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, works with a sense of urgency, and understands that getting every order packed correctly and shipped on time is an important part of the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack wholesale and customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare packages for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other shipping carriers
- Print shipping labels and ensure orders are properly labeled and documented
- Receive incoming inventory and organize products in designated warehouse locations
- Load, unload, move, and organize boxes and shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with regular inventory counts
- Restock packing stations and fulfillment areas
- Keep the warehouse, shipping area, and workstations clean and organized
- Check orders for accuracy and quality before shipment
- Assist with larger wholesale and bulk orders
- Help identify low inventory, shipping discrepancies, or fulfillment issues
- Maintain an efficient workflow during high-volume shipping periods
- Follow company procedures for order fulfillment, inventory handling, and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or order-packing experience preferred
- Must be physically strong and comfortable with a hands-on, active position
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and inventory throughout the workday
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working at a steady, productive pace
- Basic computer skills and experience with shipping or order-management systems
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce/fulfillment platforms
