As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work closely with our providers, supporting patient visits, procedures, scribing, cosmetic treatments, and more.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth patient visits by anticipating and responding to patient needs.
- Prepare patients for exams, manage medical records, and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Assist providers with medical exams, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments.
- Serve as a medical scribe, documenting patient details in real-time using our advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as verifying patient demographics, scheduling, processing prior authorizations, and responding to appointment inquiries.
- Adapt to changes in patient volume and clinic resources, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- This is a full-time role (no part-time, internship, or summer positions available).
- Experience in a medical or dermatology practice and customer service is preferred.
- Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
- We seek individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for our patients while working well with the team.
- Gap-Year (at least 18 months) are encouraged to apply
