Skin Clique is a medically founded, nationwide aesthetics practice redefining how skin health is delivered — and our warehouse team is the backbone that keeps every provider stocked and every patient order moving.
The Fulfillment & Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charleston, South Carolina area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day fulfillment activities — receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of products to patients and providers. This associate plays a key role in creating a smooth, efficient operational experience that reflects Skin Clique's commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
What you'll do:
- Pick, pack, and ship provider supply and patient/ecommerce orders accurately and on time
- Verify order contents, process outbound shipments, and apply labels using our shipping software
- Receive incoming inventory, inspect for damage, and log into our systems
- Rotate stock using FEFO to manage lot numbers and expiration dates
- Maintain organized storage areas, reconcile stock levels, and escalate issues affecting order accuracy or timelines
- Support cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and kit assembly
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy in picking and packing is essential
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the shift
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, Excel, shipping platforms)
- Familiarity with Shopify or experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or skincare environment is a plus
