Aesthetic Nurse Injector / CMLT

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced, detail driven Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our established, upscale medical aesthetics practice on a part time basis. This role is ideal for a nurse who values precision, artistry, and clinical excellence, and who understands that our clientele expects the highest level of care, discretion, and results.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a confident, skilled injector with a strong foundation in facial anatomy, aesthetic balance, and patient education. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver refined, natural appearing outcomes while upholding the integrity and reputation of our brand.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, laser treatments, medical grade facials, and chemical peels
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality results aligned with our practice philosophy
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and long term aesthetic planning
• Confidently recommend products and services based on patient needs and goals
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Represent the practice with professionalism, discretion, and polish at all times

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Active Laser certification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands on experience in medical aesthetics (advanced experience strongly preferred)
• Proven expertise with injectables and aesthetic devices
• Strong understanding of facial aesthetics, proportion, and skin health
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident bedside manner
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently within a team based environment
• Interest in social media and brand presence is a plus (not required)
