This role is responsible for day-to-day channel performance management, analytics, and execution of commercial strategies across hybrid partners. The Senior Manager plays a key role in identifying opportunities, driving action plans, and ensuring alignment across planning, allocation, and field teams.

Business Performance & Analysis
- Monitor revenue performance and productivity across hybrid partners and doors
- Analyze sales trends, sell-through, and inventory productivity to identify risks and opportunities
- Support development and execution of action plans to improve performance
- Support ongoing partner relationships and contribute to business reviews
- Assist in driving alignment with partner expectations and operational needs
- Help coordinate launch and ramp activities for new hybrid doors
- Partner with Hybrid Planning and Allocation to support execution of inventory strategies
- Collaborate with Multi-Brand Excellence to ensure strong in-store execution
- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Retail, and Operations teams
- Support development of scalable processes across hybrid channel operations
- Track key performance metrics and report on channel health and opportunities
- Ensure consistent execution of hybrid channel strategies
- Reports to: Director, Hybrid Partnerships
- Key partners: Hybrid Planning, Allocation, Multi-Brand Excellence, cross-functional HQ teams
- Contribution to hybrid channel revenue growth
- Productivity per door
- Sell-through and inventory performance
- Execution of performance improvement initiatives
- Successful support of new store launches and partner expansion
- 6–8 years of experience in retail, wholesale, planning, or commercial roles
- Experience working with retail partners preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with accountability for business performance
