We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for an Allocation Planner to join us in advancing the industry forward.

As an Allocation Planner, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to redefine shapewear and inclusive fashion. Your role is pivotal in crafting the SKIMS shopping experience for customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the merchandising and operations teams to accurately forecast demand and develop allocation strategies that align with company objectives. You will analyze sales data, monitor inventory levels, and make informed decisions to effectively allocate merchandise to our global store network.

Key Responsibilities


· Craft and manage an allocation plan that keeps SKIMS locations stocked and ready for customers.
· Dive into sales forecasts, historical data, and upcoming events to ensure our products are where they need to be.
· Partner with our procurement team to keep the product pipeline flowing smoothly.
· Unleash your analytical prowess to spot slow-moving items and devise strategies for optimal sell-through.
· Keep the communication lines open with retail managers, merchandisers, and suppliers for seamless allocation plans.
· Fine-tune and adjust allocations to meet demand while minimizing overstock and out-of-stock situations.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure products reach the right places at the right time.
· Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment and allocation.
