Job Description
Quality Inspector needed (1st or 2nd shift) for ISO9001/AS9100 precision machining company in Lynn, MA. Direct-hire position, not a temp, with competitive compensation, benefits and 12% differential (2nd shift).
Qualifications
Requires HS diploma or GED plus 3 - 5 years prior QA/QC inspection experience in a precision machining environment (aerospace preferred), thorough knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems, ability to use CMM and standard manual measuring devices (surface plates, calipers, micrometers, comparators, gauges, etc.), solid GD&T, blueprint reading and interpretation, basic computer skills (MS Office). PC-DMIS and/or Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification are pluses.
