We're looking for experienced brand ambassadors who know how to engage crowds, deliver exceptional experiences, and keep energy high. You'll be part of the crew that makes this event unforgettable — from setup to the final high-five.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
✅ MORNING: Learn about the game, training, and space awarness
✅ DURING EVENT: Greet guests with warmth & professionalism, check people in seamlessly, guide players to stations, hand out branded swag, run activations, manage guest flow, answer questions, ensure every attendee feels valued
✅ EVENING: Break down the space, load out equipment, pack up materials, restore the venue to pristine condition

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven brand ambassador experience with a track record of success in high-energy environments
Must be located in the Boston area
Reliable transportation (car/reliable commute method) to/from the venue
Expert-level customer service & interpersonal skills
Ability to represent a brand authentically and engage diverse audiences
Able to work the ENTIRE DAY on Friday, March 27 (setup through breakdown)
Comfortable with physical work: lifting, moving equipment, standing for extended periods
Professional demeanor upbeat, charismatic personality
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid ID (must be 18 )
Smartphone for communication
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience managing guest check-ins or event registration
Comfortable speaking to groups and delivering brand messaging
Multi-tasking in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Social media savvy (taking photos/videos for event content)
Previous event staff or hospitality experience
