Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform quality audits and document findings to identify areas for improvement within the production process.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to fabricate products that meet quality assurance standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and potential issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems to enhance overall product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results for compliance purposes.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on quality inspection results to improve processes and product outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, QA/QC methodologies, and industry standards is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for decision-making purposes.
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required for success in this role.
