🧠 What You’ll Do
• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using play-based, evidence-informed care
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Administer pediatric standardized assessments
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team
• Document care accurately and efficiently
👶 Who You’ll Work With
Children with:
• Sensory processing and motor planning challenges
• Feeding and oral motor difficulties
• Autism, ADHD, and self-regulation needs
• Developmental delays and neuromuscular conditions
• Visual motor, executive functioning, and learning differences
🎓 What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• VA and/or DC OT license (or eligibility)
• Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfort with EMR, iPad, and Microsoft Office
