Skills is looking for a Manager of Employment Services in the State College area. The Manager of Employment Services directs, supervises, plans, and coordinates the work of assigned employees and ensures compliance with company and department policies and procedures. The Manager will be responsible for marketing the program to area businesses, serving as a liaison with funding sources, and creating and maintaining relationships with county offices. Good communication skills, knowledge of employee relations, and management techniques are required.
Scheduled workdays are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm but days and shifts may vary due to program needs.

Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or a related field from an accredited college and/or university
- Experience in supervising personnel and working with people with disabilities is preferred.
- An Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in supervising personnel and working with people with disabilities would be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Salary : $49,000 - $61,000
