Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Principal Partner, Enterprise Licensing. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving business development and fostering partnerships with organizations to promote enterprise adoption of Job Futures powered with Skills Label platform. This includes creating strategic partnerships, facilitating agreements, onboarding clients, and ensuring seamless integration of the platform into their respective systems. The role also involves developing a deep understanding of end-users' needs and the education and training ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, sales, and partnership cultivation in workforce development, job sourcing, and/or learning/training.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, strategic communication, and closing B2B deals.
- Proficiency in managing licensing agreements, meeting contractual obligations, and fostering continued partnerships
- Deep presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with skills-based learning, curriculum design, or workforce development initiatives is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple stakeholder needs effectively
- Knowledge and experience with AI adoption and infrastructure preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field required. MBA or 10 years experience preferred.
