Skills for Life ABA is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families in the Houston area. We are a clinician-led company committed to helping children with autism and related developmental needs gain essential life skills through high-quality, evidence-based care.
Whether you’re an experienced RBT or newly certified, we’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping children grow and thrive. We have immediate openings and can get you started right away.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Work one-on-one with clients in their homes
- Collect and record data accurately
- Provide compassionate care and support to children and their families
- Report to BCBA regularly regarding client progress and any concerns
- Communicate effectively with parents and clinical team members
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Houston
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
