In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Licensing and drive the advancement of micro-nuclear power projects, contributing to near-term decarbonization. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a licensing roadmap for the Netherlands with the ambitious goal of licensing a plant within two years.
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison Netherlands nuclear regulatory network, including the Authority for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ANVS), COVRA, and other government bodies.
- Regulatory Filings: Lead and ensure the quality of regulatory filings, license applications, and safety cases, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Third-Party Management: Oversee Dutch third-party licensing firms, managing budgets, schedules, and deliverable quality.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor and address regulatory issues from internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory risks.
- Innovative Practices: Foster a culture of creativity, challenging established norms, and extreme ownership to develop an efficient regulatory practice.
