Seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily jobsite operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and safety regulations.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Preferred: Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, mission-critical, or data center projects. Experience with ENR Top Contractors is a plus.
