Role: Senior Taleo Techno - Functional Analyst
Loc: Washington, DC, one day a week.
We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. TEE functional knowledge would be a plus.
The Contractor will provide support to assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts. The contractor would develop reports and perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure completeness of the data. The Contractor would develop data models & mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools.
Required Experience:
- The ability to extract data from Taleo via the TCC tool for system decommissioning.
- Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests
- Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration
- Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems
- Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data
- Design, create, and test a data extraction plan for decommissioning Taleo.
- Design, create, and test assigned Reports.
- Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design, and test results.
- Prepare and deliver documents for peer review.
- Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on the issue resolution.
