What You'll Do As Clinical Director
- Oversee and support a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians across multiple client caseloads
- Lead clinical quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to modern, trauma-informed, assent-based ABA practices
- Conduct regular clinical audits and performance reviews
- Provide clinical mentorship and training for BCBAs, including onboarding and ongoing development
- Maintain a reduced caseload for high-level clinical oversight and modeling best practices
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and therapists
- Support and guide the recruitment and hiring process for clinical roles
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure fidelity of treatment and supervise use of Rethink Behavioral Health data collection
- Coordinate continuing education opportunities and promote professional development
- Deliver ongoing caregiver coaching, oversight of assessments, and treatment planning when needed
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA, including supervisory or leadership roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship abilities
- Experience managing remote and in-person teams
