Construction Scheduler
Skillforce has teamed up with one of the leading commercial fence companies to find a Construction Scheduler to work on commercial fence projects out of their Chantilly, VA office. This is a full-time position with this company.
Construction Scheduler Responsibilities
Maintain schedule spreadsheet
Contact customer to coordinate installation timing
Answer incoming calls related to scheduling
Coordinate between sales and installation on scheduling and relevant job related information and paperwork
Track job progress for coordination with billing
Construction Scheduler Qualifications
Must have 2 years of experience in construction, preferably scheduling
Must have an understanding of the scope of work regarding commercial fencing projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to other computer software
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Construction Scheduler Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Up to $31/hr, flexible for the right candidate
