Skillforce is currently hiring construction laborers for an ongoing project in Sparks, NV. Must be reliable, attentive, and able to remain stationed for extended periods. Prior construction site experience is a plus.
Pay Scale: $20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned site facilities during working hours
- Ensure proper use of designated areas
- Deter vandalism, damage, or misuse of company property
- Maintain orderly and presentable conditions
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to site management
- Communicate professionally with workers and subcontractors
- Remain stationed in assigned area as directed
- Support overall site operations as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to remain attentive for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices (preferred)
- Prior construction or site experience a plus
