Skillforce is currently hiring Apprentice Electricians for a 1–2 month project in a prefab shop environment in Mitchell, SD. This is a great opportunity for an apprentice with a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals who is comfortable working with blueprints, bending conduit, making pigtails, and assisting with panel assembly.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow electrical blueprints and drawings
- Identify and install electrical outlets and components
- Bend and install conduit
- Make pigtail connections and terminate wiring
- Assist with electrical panel assembly
- Perform electrical wiring and assembly in a prefab shop environment
Requirements
- Previous electrical or apprentice experience required
- Understanding of basic electrical components and wiring
- Ability to read and follow electrical blueprints
- Experience bending conduit
- Experience making pigtails and basic electrical connections
- Panel assembly experience is a plus
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Must be local to the Mitchell, SD area
Pay & Project Details
