Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Skilled Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of professional carpentry and remodeling experience and be comfortable handling a variety of residential remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry
- Complete remodeling and handyman projects
- Install and remodel bathrooms
- Perform flooring and tile installation
- Install vinyl siding and perform roofing work
- Assist with plumbing-related remodeling work
- Read and follow project plans and measurements
- Coordinate with other trades and manage project tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Requirements
- 5 years of skilled carpentry/remodeling experience
- Strong experience in framing, trim, rough and finish carpentry
- Experience with remodeling, bathrooms, flooring, tile, siding, and roofing
- Basic plumbing experience is a plus
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to start immediately
