We are seeking experienced Framing Carpenters for immediate openings in Stanhope, NJ. We are looking for dependable professionals with strong framing skills who can work efficiently and produce high-quality craftsmanship on residential and commercial construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, mark, and cut lumber accurately
- Build and install wood floor systems, wall framing, and roof trusses
- Lay out framing at 16" on center (16" O.C.)
- Perform clean and accurate cutting and nailing
- Ensure framing is square, level, and built to specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all job site safety regulations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of framing carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques and blueprint reading
- Ability to perform clean cuts and precise nailing
- Own reliable transportation
- Must have your own carpentry tools
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Available to start immediately
