Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage choices
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with setting and clearing tables, as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
