- Prepare and assemble salads/ sandwiches, etc according to recipes
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salad station area
- Assist with food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
