Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our maintenance team at a specialized industrial milling facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on maintenance experience, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyor systems, rollers, drive units, and other processing equipment.
• Rebuild, repair, and maintain industrial slurry pumps.
• Carry out welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting work as required.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Support continuous production by responding to maintenance requirements promptly.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
• Experience using hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and work with industrial equipment.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, mining, or processing facilities.
• Familiarity with rod and ball milling equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment schematics.
• Experience maintaining crushers, conveyors, pumps, or similar heavy industrial equipment.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
