What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and source engaging content — including graphics, short-form videos, and copy — that aligns with our brand voice and recruitment goals.
- Write clear, on-brand captions and social copy that feels human, not corporate.
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on content reach, engagement, and growth.
- Support the recruitment team by creating social content that attracts and connects with physicians nationwide.
- Assist at company events and physician retreats to capture content and document key moments.
- Stay current on social media trends and platform updates and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is timely, purposeful, and on-brand.
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage a content calendar and hit deadlines consistently.
- Someone with 0–2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or a related field, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok — you know what performs on each platform and why.
- Comfortable creating basic graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Able to shoot and lightly edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut or similar.
- A solid writer who can adapt tone — from professional on LinkedIn to conversational on Instagram.
- A collaborative team player who communicates well and can also work independently when needed.
- Genuinely curious about healthcare and motivated by work that makes a real difference.
- This is an in office role and must be based in Los Angeles, CA and willing to travel minimally for company events.
