Full-time physicians earn an average starting pay of $220,000 - $250,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to $300,000 through additional services, performance-based bonuses, and no earning cap.

- Pay Structure: Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay.
- Bonus Program: Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income.
- Company-Provided Training: Comprehensive wound care training provided, including biannual CME conferences.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license.
- Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
