About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, sharp, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerks to manage guest services and front-of-house logistics at our temporary workforce housing facility in near Childress, TX. This facility provides premium accommodations for the industrial and technology teams building a major data infrastructure site in the region.
Unlike traditional rigid rotations, this position utilizes a dynamic, staggered weekly schedule designed to provide maximum support during peak crew arrival and check-in windows (primarily mid-day through late evening).

Please note: Candidates must be flexible to fulfill weekly schedules of six, eight and twelve hour shifts among a team of four to six staffers:
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Logistics: Manage the complete check-in, room assignment, and key tracking lifecycle for data center construction personnel using site-management software.
- Peak Window Management: Work collaboratively during high-volume overlapping shift hours (2pm–8pm) to process large crew changes efficiently.
- Roster Audits: Perform daily occupancy audits, update room manifests, and ensure accurate guest tracking for corporate client billing.
- Facility Communication: Coordinate with on-site catering, housekeeping, and security teams to resolve guest requests or maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in front desk operations, hospitality, retail management, or logistics support.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak afternoon and evening crew returns.
- Strong digital literacy (Microsoft Excel, emails, and Property Management Systems).
- Ability to live on-site in near Childress, TX during scheduled work weeks.
- Bilingual (Spanish) , desired
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
