Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties
- Actively engage with target customers, build strong and lasting relationships, and understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Develop existing accounts and customers along with establishing new and more lucrative sales channels in the territory. This role involves on the job travel and heavy personal interaction with customers and prospects
- Present our value proposition and innovative solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and advantages of our company.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for product demonstrations, cold calls, and customer growth.
- Follow up on service, inspection, and fabrication inquiries, sales leads, quotations, and bids, using telephone, email and personal meetings
- Maintenance and expansion of company CRM system with existing and potential customers in your territory, including relevant organizations, groups, councils and societies
- Oversee customer interaction and frontline management of existing jobs within the territory through delivery, installation, and completion.
- Prospect for new customers and sells new orders for all company services. This includes cold calling.
- Achieves targeted goals on new business to hit targeted profitability that is directly aligned to operations.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously educate yourself on industry advancements.
